Ultra cool and fairly rare Zildjian made vintage Zil-Bel cowbell from the 60's or 70's.

This cowbell is thick and heavier than most, almost a kilo! (816g), and it's very likely the best cowbell I've ever heard. Has the traditional "clunk" cowbell attack but with a nice residual resonance. It's a very musical cowbell with a variety of different playing zones.

It's in great condition, it doesn't look like it's been played very much at all. There's a few nicks in the chrome from the years but nothing major as you can tell from the photos. The handle barely shows any signs of being in a clamp at all. The chrome under the handle is a bit dull, maybe it's been played mostly by hand. Overall very shiny.
