Vintage Radio King Questions

I've got a couple questions I'm hoping you Slingerland "gurus" can help me with regarding the company's Radio King kits:

1. Did Slingerland ever manufacture a Radio King Bass Drum in a 12x24 configuration during the 1930 - 1940 era?

2. Do the pics that I've attached appear to be the interior shell of a Radio King bass drum from the 30s-era?

I'm not an expert, but my dad used to own a big 26" Radio King bass drum made in the 30's....he got it in the 50's....and I distinctly remember three wide reinforcing rings inside the drum.....one on each bearing edge and one in the center.....you're may be a little later than 30's vintage.....

Anyone?

I'm sure they made that size...

Looks like a later RK bass drum to me!
