Hi there -- its interesting to see your Premier set- I also have a vintage Premier 4 drum set up in black marine pearl - (what is BDP finish as you describe yours? -- looks the same as mine maybe i've got the colour name wrong .... ) I bought mine in about 1974 and the guy i bought from said they were from the 1960's-- my Tom mounting is different to yours- yours looks more like a modern post type mount on the base drum - I must take some photos-

I am premier fan though and though - apart from the vintage kit i have a Genister 6 drum set up in silver sparkle.
