Vintage Premier Royal Ace Latest Purchase What Year Info Needed

Just bought this from ebay got it at a good price. With the small badge what year does it put it in at. I had one of these about a year ago from mid 60's bigger badge went to a collector in the USA. Also are the wires original look like one complete 18 strand set. Again im used to the 2x10 set up.

I believe the dble 10s were 1st...then yr's...

Thanks rims and duke....Just so im clear rims an skins your snare with double 10 and bigger badge is 50's/60's then as the duke said this small badge 63. I like to be correct when i sell. I love prems but im not very clued up on the age thingy cheers premier guys for helping. One small prob i have these wires prob not original then as ive only seen double 10's. Maybe someone had them made etc etc. I thought 18 wires was strange. Ill see if i can get them changed use these as spares. Also this snare drum has tone control on muffler know another feature on the later drum with small badge.
