Vintage Premier kits with 26" BD'?

Loading...

How many have you seen?

A guy in Cali has been trying to sell a set with one forever,at a fair price...no takers!electricit

John Couglan (SP?),of Status Quo fame had one,but I emailed him,and asked if he still has it...but no reply....

Hard enough to find a 70's 24"...let alone a 26"!

They pop up around here now and again, I almost bought one not long ago but decided to stick with the 24 as a compromise, I find that it's easier to control and transport

In England buddy, check out nickhopkindrums.com I know he's definitely got one with a 26 for sale now and he ships worldwide. I'm quite lucky that his shop is only about half hour away from me. I pretty much have all my stuff from him now. Pretty sure he's having a stall at the Chicago show showcasing the best of British!

Yeah true, I didn't think of that! Nicks a top bloke, he sorted the re-wrap out on one of my kits and the results are superb. I hope you find what you're looking for, old prems rule!!

And,has to ship back what he doesn't sell!

It used to cost me around $1,500 to do the show (properly)..nice hotel/table/gas/food etc...and I am only 8 hrs round trip...

It's 3 days this year,instead of 2...so even more $$!

Nick is going to spend way more then that!

I think Nick is planning to take that kit with him to Chicago - unless he sells it here first!

Wow what is the story on those red-white and blue Premiers? Very cool. That old English Rogers Dyna he has is lovely too! Very nice.

That 26" bass kit on nickhopkindrums.com is very very drool-worthy, so is the blue pearl Premier. Shipping back to the states is killer, though.
