Vintage Premier hoop for standard

This is one Premier pre-international size metric 12" die cast hoop which as I found out will not work on my 12" Carlton tom. Just looking to trade for a standard 12" die cast hoop or will sell outright if needed. It actually measures 11 3/4" from hole to hole on top.Thanks

I'm 5 years late, I have one such a hoop and a pre int 12" (11 5/8") tom, so I would love to take that off your hands. Is it still available?
