That one looks like it cleaned up pretty well... That is a made by "Star" kit.. minus the badge..

Yep, that looks to be a Star Jr. midget drum kit. (I have seen other brands that are very similar) Looks like it may be missing a claw or two for the single tension bass drum batter side (unless that was left off for pic). 9" tom heads on those are tough to find. 16" bass, 10" snare
