I picked up a pair of Mapex drums the other day for a deal! I have done as much research as I can, and it seems Pearls and Mapex were once upon a time born in the same factory. The only drum that has a serial is the bass drum and it is 200383. I'll post a picture of the coat and badge. Any information at this point is more than I have now! Thanks!
