Looking to find out what this snare is called. Is it considered a festival or a concert..? I've been attracted to this drum. Love the mini lugs and size. Love to have one of these babies.

It's my understanding that the "Festival" Model came with the 16 small Classic lugs, triple-flanged hoops and P83 strainer. You could get it in several configurations -- 6.5 x 14, 6.5 x 15 and 8 x 15.
I'd say this one's a Festival.
The "Concert" Model came with 8 Classic lugs in the same configurations listed above for the "Festival" Model.

Thanks, I just found it on this site as a "school festival" in the vintage catalogs. I also love the symphonic model with the classic strainer vs. the P83.
