Are the base sections different heights or lengths between cymbal and snare stands,,,,I seem to remember reading that somewhere. Anyways I have 70's era cymbal and snare stands and they have the same length bottom section and I have 60's era cymbal and snare stands that have bottom sections shorter than the 70's. Is this correct ?
