Yah, I think the amber Vistalites in the background of Jamie's pics were a good hint.

Mmmmm, maybe a Thermogloss kit lurking too? Perhaps in the future!

Believe it or else!

Very nice Jamie! If you don't mind me asking but how much do you have into these? I would like to do something like this in the future maybe.

thanks for all the kind words. i'm glad yall likem.

they are a blast to play. the ground literally shakes under your feet i love that.

as for cost i found the drums on craigslist for $300.00 and after talking to the guy, we settled on a trade, my ruger 10/22 rifle for the drums. he threw in all kinds of extra hardware and a few cymbals.

i priced the green sparkle wrap from jammin sam and sold the extra hardware to a friend of mine to pay for the wrap. i think the total cost of the wrap was right around $300.00.

it took me a couple of days of stripping the old off and filling a few extra holes here and there but it was worth it and easier than i thought. dont be scared to rewrap an old set. i was at first but its not that bad at all. in fact, i'm ready for another resto!!!

.....and yes i'm looking for a thermogloss project as we speak.....just don't tell my wife.
