Vintage Black Beauty

I need help!! I am trying to get information on this drum for my husband. He believes that it is a vintage 1920-1925 Black Beauty Snare Drum. I would like to get the manufacture date as well as the value for him if at all possible. Any information that anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
