VINTAGE 60s (?) A. ZILDJIAN "HATS"

I've got a pair of 14" A. Zildjian hi-hat cymbals from what I believe to be the 60s.

There's some sort of metal rings or gaskets on the outer edges of the holes in the center of the cups of the cymbals. Would these have come from the factory with these installed or do you believe that a prior owner more than likely did so?

looks like 60's.

from the factory.

they might not be hi-hats.

they might be orchestral crashes?

but i do know that they used to manufacture them that way.
