Probably just a Japanese copy brand. If you look at the inside look at the wood and how it is constructed. Search this forum for Japanese Drums, you will see other info about them.

I have never heard of the specific brand. See if you can get a picture of it for us.

Definatly a 60's Stencil drum as David has already stated.Victoria isn't a name I have seen or heard much but its definatly falls upon the list. If you can get a photo of the strainer I would like to see it.I'm sure its the basic stencil model but its still something I would like to see. And yea also as David has said price values is between $25 - $50.And were you looking to sell or just looking for general information? ( and I will try and dig up what else I can on Victoria drums )
