Very O.t.: If Your On Craigslist-i Need Your Help

forgive me vdf,i hope this will stay up...

hi,fish here.if your in southern california and view craigslist alot like i do,i need your help.seems i have my very own stalker...

well,not a actual stalker yet,but some guy who i never met,never talked to,never sold anything to or had any communication with, is posting ads periodically about me and badmouthing me in the los angeles and inland empire musical instruments sections.this has been going on since last year.

many of you have had good dealings with me thru the forums or in person and that i'm a stand up guy.i don't think he's on any drums forums or i would of read the post. however that's a possibility. i know no one is paying attention to them. his efforts are to no avail and my sales have not faltered.

internet harrasement is a CRIME and i filed a police report months ago. i also filed with the F.B.I. and i need him to post ads so i can continue recording his posts,as are the police so they can build a case and catch him with the help of c.l. and put him in jail.

i have to ask for a serious favor...

if you see a post about me on any part of craigslist no matter what section its in, or on any other website(forums,chat sites,etc...) DO NOT FLAG IT,but please send the info to me a.s.a.p. by one or all of the following if possible:

-SEND ME A LINK TO THE POST SO I CAN RECORD IT AND SEND IT TO THE POLICE/F.B.I.

-or send a screen cap (i don't know how to do this or if i can with my old computer)

-or take a good digital pic of the post on your screen

-email any info to me at: [email]vulvalover69@gmail.com[/email]

AND IF YOU HAVE INFO on who it is-please let me know everything you can.thanks,sorry you and i have to put up with this .

Sure i have seen posting's about you on C/L in southern ,ca knowing that they are un-true and Yes you are a stand-up guy, i have alway's FLag them along with a few of my friend's that are down their it only take's 5 flags to remove a posting...I and my friend's will not flag them again and i will give you a head's up the next time i see an posting.They have been posted under music int..and the Rant and Rive part of the forum..I also seen posting about you on a web site Drumadd's or drummeradds or something along that name but i have not been on that site for over a year...Mikey

Hey Fish,

I too have flagged those ads, I've seen them a few times. I'll keep my eyes open and let you know when I see one if they come up again.

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

I don't look at any of the CA Craigslist, but I can definitely vouch that Fish is an honest seller....

Screen capture = Alt-PrtSc, then paste into word processing program of your choice. On a PC anyway. Computer age pretty much irrelevant.

thanks for the info,the flagging and stuff. i catch alot but i didn't know about that other site,and they do get flagged by others before i see them.but if you happen to have that drummerads site in your favs,send me a link cause i can't find it.

if you see a threatining post,i need to see that asap. the police will only take physical action if there's a physical threat against someone.

i already contacted c.l. by email about his last post (which i do every time) and included the police report number. they say that's all c.l. needs to ban someone from the site.but we'll see if they actually read that email. i will call once i find a actual phone number.

I would go to the police with this story. They will have ways of tracking down the poster. The cops are much more Internet savvy these days than people realize.

UPDATE**

today i seen one of my ads reposted in the orange county craiglist were my ad originally was not posted.might be the same guy...i don't know.probibly is as my ads have never been stolen.i've posted a warning ad to the other users and contacted craigs again.

this post is a online record,so when it comes down to arresting him,i can have a few other sources to draw from.
