VDF Meet Ron Burgandy! 60's Jazz Progressive Kit Restoration Pics!

Loading...

Finally finished this sucker up! I have been working feverishly to get this project completed and today is the glorious day! This is the set I scored a few months back with all the repairs completed and ready to rock. Love the cymbals that came with this kit as well. No badge on the kick since the original grommet hole was destroyed by the Ludwig Diamond plate hole but I think the repair job came out well. So as of now there is no vent in the kick and I may just tack a Gretsch Badge on later that matches the toms. Anyways here the after pics as promised! Oh and a big thanks to waynegrassfield for swapping me some crucial Gretsch parts I needed for some of my Luddy stuff. Really helped the cause and kept me within my slim budget!
