If thats a Premier your showing its well known their shells are under sized, some Sonor shells also. Its the way THEY make them.

That`s my 13"exactly,Sonor Phonic tom. The hoop flanges are larger and the heads are 13" inside, Remo allows for it !i All Sonor drums from 70+ have floating heads !i You buy a Float head !i

Oddball...Do you have any idea at all how these Mapex maples are made?...Have you ever seen one up close?..I appreciate S Class drums, they,re great, but are you saying they cant compare to Mapex?...You lost me man???
