it looks like a old Morris japan drum i had few years ago.

Those lugs are fragile, it you turn it too high.

Exact same lugs that are on my vintage Crown kit. You'll need the threaded metal plates that go in that space between the lug opening and the first mounting hole. That metal plate accepts the tension rod.
