In the 6th picture in the listing, there is a catalog scan stating it is a Premier Super 4...

yes, which is clearly wrong, neither the strainer nor the lugs do fit.

It's one of the earlier versions Tacton piccolo snare from 1961-1966 (just after Lefima nationalization).
