Unknown English drum?

Hello again,

I need your help once more to ask if anyone knows anything of the drum. The drum would come from England, but no manufacturer is on.

The drum had an diameter of 14 inch and it's messing.

I can place that top hoop, bottom hoop with drill pattern, belt plate and leg brace on a mid 50`s SONOR snare.

The throw, and shell,...not so much.

It`s a drum,.....Hit It !!
