I have a 13X3 snare drum that does not have any markings except the stamped round circle which does not have any indentifiable markings. I'm guessing 1920's era. I would appreciate any insight as to what I have here.

That's a Leedy Tango snare drum.
From roughly the teens -20's. I believe it was a student model, or just a less expensive (to manufacture that is) drum that Leedy made.
