I actually had an Ultratone Snare Drum some time ago. I do know that the drum was made in Japan, but not much else. Mine was a chrome over steel model and a "ten-lugger" if I remember correctly. I got it for almost nothing but it actually sounded rather nice. I ended up giving it away to one of my co-workers, who's son was just starting out.
