UK made 7-line Dynasonic?!

Loading...

Hi,

can anybody tell me something about the shown dynasonic? It seems to be all original (even the unusual damper and the missing bolt in the middle of the dynasonic sign). The only thing missing is the scrip logo. Is this a UK made drum? Can any body tell me details about this one and what it might be worth?

The hoops are unusual tall as well. please have a look on the pics.

Thanks, Hopp

Hard to say, we see so few. These arent as desireable as the american built versions, but you have a fair condition dynasonic made by Ajax in Britain. There never was a vent hole grommet. You are missing a script logo, and possibly have a replacement muffler.

Hi Hopp,

Yes yours looks to be the same model as mine, I haven't heard what it sounds like yet as I'm on the hunt for some spares but how would you describe the sound?

I've attached some photos of my own snare, by the way I haven't come across a 2 hole version of the rogers script logo yet..have you? Also any ideas where I can find the screws and washers for the lugs?

Finally, if you see the 'rutting' on the snare cage, does yours have the same problem..must be the snare wires slapping up against the cage.

Regards,

Guy
