Can you really see well enough from a video to see cracks? I don't know. Personally I have to see each one in person in order to find them. Anyway here's the statement from man himself:

A far as the cracks are concerned, I buy cymbals to play them not just to look at them. That one cymbal with 5 cracks around the hole would make me too nervous to play them on a gig. I, nor my son, could ever really relax and enjoy them, thus my ten foot pole comment..

What I lack in visual acuity, I more than make up for in charm. :)

That's mostly true with the old stamps, except for some of the type IV's. Not always true with the intermediates or the new stamps. I'll demonstrate this later.
