I have two 1968 red sparkle ludwig shells that were painted black on the ouside.

one is a 13" and the other is a 16" floor tom.

the inside is still the original white.

both have the original keystone badges that were never removed. they seem to have been painted around. there are no extra holes in either.

if you want, i can through in the 22" BD shell for them. it was drilled for a dual tom mount and the wrap was removed and it took some pieces of the outter ply with it. no badge. it's a great shell and might be worthing repairing the holes and rewrapping. most likely not though with the price of wraps.
