From what i can tell its a Tama redone project..i think.
I agree...70's Pearl style...however, these are also generic parts available at a lotta places..so it could be a custom-build kit as well.....
So is there anything i could do to help narrow it down? Was is worth the 200 i paid? theres no extra holes. this is the only drum i have at my house, but could get bass drum pics in a day or two.

Most likely, by the large grain in the photos, it's just a generic set from the 1970's. LOTS of kits from them were imported with those same lugs which were made by Pearl.
We MIGHT be able to narrow it down further if you had pics of the kick's tom mount and the inside of the shells.
It may or may not be the best bargain you could have gotten, but if you have a playable kit of drums that sound and look pretty good, they're most likely worth $200 bucks.
Yes, inside of shells would help. And a shot of the edges...
Now, the outside grain...it's horizontal, not vertical.... and although it may be stained dark, too...it looks like good wood...real mahogany or such. It doesn't look like crappy luan '70's shells...so, already....you are out of the basement (whew !).
I concur, $200 for an entire set.... if it's even half-decent.... is not a bad deal....
