TROWA Snaredrum with Paralellifter

Hy

i got a TROWA Snare from the 60s today,everything is there, exept the Snarewires.

It´s one with a Parlelliftersystem and re-rings.

I would need to see the original Snarewires and the way the were attached to this System.

Does anybody has some pics?

Every help would be cool:-)Bowing

You wont find one and will eventually end up doing this for yours. Do you have the cap for the lever arm ?

That could work as long as the end cap doesn`t pull back to the hoop. those parallel throws are wide and you will get cord stretch.

Yap, i know, but i did something the same on a Premier 2000 a few years ago and that is still working. I mean thats a different system with Premier but my first attempts seam to work on the little TROWA:-) I soon let you know if it´s working;-)

Allright, got it done. With this attachment i am able to use any snarewires i want:-)

Very happy with it:-)
