Sorry that this has nuthin to do with drums.

I get to break down my moose tomorrow. MMMmmmmm.

Dinner tomorrow nite: Caribou T bone, moose tenderloin and grouse breast.

Doesn't get any better than that.

What wild game do you all eat in your neck of the woods?

If you are of First Nations heritage , a Moose has a lot to do with drums.

I usually eat bunny; especially around Easter. Grouse shows up now and then but usually only after it broke it's neck , flying into a window and I get Venison and Elk sometimes too. I don't kill them . I only kill Broccoli , Cauliflower and the like. Helpless creatures , who's heads I can chop off but I dismember parsley, basil and cilantro regularly and I steal children too---moistly from apples, pears, tomatoes and the like. I also like to destroy an individuals roots, wreck their sense of being grounded, tear them from their home. Carrots and potatoes are especially vulnerable. I got bitten by a Black Widow on Saturday, doing this kind of stuff, so I guess I deserved it.

That sounds really good. Down here in FL, we don't really have much game meat in comparison to other areas. Venison is about it. But boy we've got some good fish down here!

I am but drums are usually skinned with caribou skin here. It's the Míkmaq way - Qalipu First Nation.

I'm actually working on a very large drum for next years pow wow.

I've had deer before. I liked it but not as much as moose or caribou.

I have a meal of arctic hare usually once a year.

Florida has gator(that could be wild.) heard it's very good.

I tried alligator on a trip to FLA. Taste like chicken! It was delicious!

I'd love to try moose!

I love some venison every now and then,as well as fresh caught fish and crabs.

I haven't hunted in a while, but I fish often in the spring and summer.
