Are the T-rods not 12/24? The only vintage American rods that aren't are the single-tension rods that thread into another hoop clamp. As far as I know...And some obscure 30's drums.

Can I take my extra Tower t-handles and have a machine shop make them into Holiday t-handles??

Certainly don't see why a competent shop can't cut the rods down to proper length and thread them to 12-24. Good luck!
