I was really asking what happens if you don't pay. I dont believe in the cyber flea market so I have no experience on it. What can the seller do? Sue him? How does he take him to court? What if some guys kid got on there and was screwing around and ran up that bid? There are laws that allow for a cooling off period on purchases in a lot of the states in case you did not know that so my original question is valid.

What happens if you just say, "you know what, I changed my mind, you keep em?"

Just wondering.

Zaniness (sp?). Who are these people? I do like the "don't pay for them" comment. How's that ethics class coming?

Well Bill, I spent all my money at charm school and didn't have enough left over for the semester on ethics..........................LoLoLoLo

If he refuses to pay for them, he gets negative comment on his page so future sellers/buyers know that he is unreliable. He also might get banned and such.

This is what I was thinking. I was reading how the guys were saying the buyer is done for and will have to pay for these. From where I am sitting, the buyer won't have to do anything. If he gets banned, he comes back in two minutes with a new user name. The cyber flea market may try to intervene but what can they really do? Nothing is what I am thinking. I will bet those hi hats will be for sale on there again and soon.......

have a wonderful evening
