That is the absolute best unstaged visual metaphor I've ever seen. Also highlights the complete incompetence of "ordained" church "employees" who do nothing when right action is called for. Would be funny if it were not the state of religion everywhere ... a bludgeon.
While I'm not a religious person, some here might be. I suggest to everyone that we try to avoid any positive or negative religious connotations in relation to this mishap. The last thing I think anyone wants to see here are our members butting heads over religion.
These are definitely not the kind of people you want around during an emergency. What a bunch of hypocrites, singing songs about Jesus and loving your brother, but don't expect me to put my precious guitar down to help you..

Forget the apparent apathy of the audience and the rest of the band. The real villain here is the idiot who leaned an unsecured, 8-foot cross up against the wall believing that it would magically stay in place despite the heavy vibrations on the stage. That cross should have been bolted right into the wall studs. Idiots.
