What a neat collection of history here
I believe this is a W&A pedal.
Vintage for sure.
I don't have that exact pedal in my collection but do have a W&A pedal that is identical except for the footboard. I have seen that footboard on other pedals so would not be surprised if it was made to someone's specifications. I imagine other folks can chime in on this. Have you seen Jeremy Esposito's wonderful book on Walberg and Auge?

That’s a cool pedal, like the footboard.
I do have Jeremy’s book. Great book with lots of info.
These are the oldest pedals in the house. The one on the left is probably the oldest.
The one on the right is cool in that the thinger hanging off to the right is a cymbal klanger.
The cymbal, in the picture after having been hit many times, clamps to the bass drum hoop.
I have the matching hi hat stand for that one.
1971 Ludwig Rock Duo set in Blue Oyster Pearl
early Mapex dual bass drum Saturn kit
1964 Leedy Ray Mosca kit in Blue Sparkle
1959 Slingerland Super Gene Krupa snare in WMP
1968 Slingerland Hollywood Ace Snare Drum
1969 and 1977 Ludwig 400 Supraphonic snares
1965 Acrolite snare
Ludwig Coliseum snare
'68 Rogers Dynasonic snare
Pearl free floating piccolo snare
13" Mapex piccolo snare
6.5" deep Mapex steel snare
Mapex 6.5" Brass snare
I know there's more snares than that.
UFIP cymbals / Avedis Zildjians
Ghost pedals or Tama King Beats
you kids get off my lawn
Anymore out there?
Cheers
Honoring the long tradition of drum shops leading the way in design, here are some Frank Wolf pedals. I have not seen any other design where the beater is below the footboard. Thanks for reviving this thread. Stay safe everybody.
This is one pedal that probably wouldn't work for me. I think the beater would get hung up on my wide shoe.
