I had a WMP bass with those same lugs date stamped Sept 1946. Wonder what gave the seller the impression it's from the '60s? So those are Broadcaster lugs?

And why is he not showing the badge? I gess it is missing from the 'custom' paint job? I also wnder if they painted right over the original pearl wrap...

Did anyone look at the "rest of the set" he says he has?

This has been listed at least two times before. Originally, there were separate auctions for a tom, floor tom, bass and snare, all in similar condition. The snare apparently is not currently relisted.

I don't know why the transactions are not being completed and the drums keep showing up.

Collecting information about the following for ongoing research projects:
Gretsch drums with serial numbers,
Ludwig Keystone and B/O badge drums with serial numbers and date stamps,
Ludwig Standards from 1968-73, and
Ludwigs with paper labels from 1971-72

Here's the two toms he's selling. Same condition. Not pretty, but everything seems to be there except the original round badges. Where are the vent holes? Nice candidate for restoration.

Hi guys...I looked over the others as well and it certainly looks as though they are all painted over wrap, no badge havin' drums. He does not show any badges, anywhere. After looking closely at the floor tom, it appears there is wrap still on it at least.

I sent a query..."Would you mind re-measuring your drum...correct diameter is measured from inside to inside and correct shell depth is measured from end to end on the shell...not including the rims...most likely your drum is a 14" (depth) x 24" (diameter) bass drum...please confirm....thanks for your time.
