Ludwig says not to use the spurs extended with the tom mount & a lift. So what does ol' dumbass here do? Yup, here, hold my beer, I'm gonna try this.
The problem is the flexing of the mounts & the BD doesn't balance, with no weight on the BD it's not a problem.
So I guess I'll be buying a clamp-on tom holder & maybe a stand.
