the age old question of which heads to use

wow i have been reading and reading about which heads to use and I must admit it is over whelming.

I have a set of 1976 Ludwigs. 3 ply maple with the reinforcement rings top and bottom of each drum. sizes are 22 13 and 16.

So far I am thinking

coated emperors on the batter of the toms with smooth white ambassadors for the resonants

On the bass I was thinking of a powerstroke 3 on the batter and a emperor smooth white for the resonant head.

Opinions please :):):)

Coated emperors om all batters and coated ambasadors for resos except snare use a diplomat on the reso snare.
