Hey all, i need to know a timeline on swingstars, my bass player picked up a used set, 5 piece and the snare is wooden, not metal, now, the bass drum hoops are plastic, not metal or wood. I'm pretty sure the swingstar customs came w/a wooden snare, but when were plastic hoops used. he bought this shell pack for $199.00. and wants me to use it when jamming at his house which is cool, and alot easier than carting my kit back n forth. anyway i'd appreciate any feedback. Thanx.
