Tama Royalstar year?

Hi! Bought Tama Royalstar set sometime ago, seller claimed it to be from around 1975.

Read from somewhere that this "Black Pearl"color was discontinued on 1974, then could this set be one of the first Tama brand sets from -74?

Bass drum legs changed, otherwise drums seem to be in original condition. No serial numbers on Tama badges.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Sam,

I know that TAMA had this finish in 1975, too - and the double tom holder looks

exactly like the ones from that year (in 1974, Tama's first year, they looks in another way).

So 1975 would also be my best guess.
