Tama Double Bass Pedal

Gentlemen,

I've been following an auction on ebay for a vintage Tama double bass pedal. I believe that it is pictured in the 1984 Tama online catalogue...a "Pro-Beat Twin". The ebay seller also states that it can break down into two functional bass pedals.The trouble is that I don't think I will be able to afford this item. Shipping from England is a bit pricey and the auction doesn't end until tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these pedals and what a fair price on them would be if I ever spot another. Thank you very much.

As I have sold a SONOR double bass drum pedal (out of a convolute) shortly, i can give you a hint on that. This sonor model was produced nearly at the same time as your mentioned Tama pedals. It sells - here in Germany, and including both beaters - at EUR 35 up to 70, depending on overall condition and whether all parts are still original or not.

Guess, the Tama pedals should range at the same level (prices without shipment charges).
