Tack Supplier??

Does anyone here know where I can buy some tacks like these?

They're oval shaped.

The last two drums I've headed had tacks in the shell........the original ones. The drum I have now does not - it came headless (fourth photo here).

I may be looking for a 16" wood hoop and lugs like on the kit shown here as well. These photos are from a person's Facebook site & the tom looks similar to mine.....these may be older....mine's a 53 Gretsch.

Thanks the reply guys.

Ya - I've been trying the upholstery suppliers & even Lee Valley but nothing yet. I'll try a few of the bohdran drum makers next.

If I do find something I will post it in it's own thread (tacks for heading drums maybe) so others will be able to search it on here in the future.
