On my Rogers Swivomatic foot pedal I have an empty threaded hole just below the screw that holds the leather strap. Can anyone tell me what this hole is for?

Hi Matt! Can you post a picture? Many of us, including myself, are very familiar with the Swivo foot pedal. There were some slight production changes over the years, so a picture would really help. Thanks!

I am too impatient to wait for the picture. From the location you describe I would guess that it is for a detachable toe stop. Maybe someday I will learn to be patient (nahh)...

Toe stop fastening screw sounds right to me.

I believe both of you are correct! What I neglected to think about is that his pedal might be the single piece foot board. Yes, there's an extra hole there!
