Was doing a quick look on ebay for vistalite shells and came across this. I'm not big on the pattern vistalites, but these look sweet.

I would bet they're not really vintage. Not that I know, but ... really? With matching 6.5 snare and throne?

I hope I'm wrong.

Unless RCI made them and the seller didn't mention it, they would be vintage. They don't make the patterns with modern vistalites.

Is it just me, or are the spurs a little too thick to be the ones for that era ?

They look like they're the newer, thicker ones..

I thought the same thing. Interesting kit, but no way that sells for anywhere close to $4k. Or even $2k for that matter.
