I am looking to buy some Ludwig Supraphonic snare wires (18 strand). I have one wire missing and one broken from my late seventies to nineteen eighty snare. I looked at Ebay but, they wanted over $92.00 for a set without factoring in shipping. I have a new set of Puresound wires but I really would like to keep my pride and joy as original as possible. Hmmm...I just installed a new set of Puresound wires on my Supra. The wires sound amazing! I suppose I could live with myself if I "temporarily" used this set while storing the original wires. Damn! I wish I didn't have so many O.C.D. tendencies. Thanks for looking though, guys.
