Believe they used that with the Top Hat model with 2-12s. Have that set up on a 59 B&B 5 piece set in the basement, with 12-13 toms.
My very first Rogers kit...a circa 64-65 Cleve Londoner had that mount....
It wiggles all over the place when you play it..so even as a teen, I knew I wanted to "upgrade it" to the next version, which was much more stable...fit same holes...except had to bore out the center hole a little for the larger down stem...
Wish they would have kept the cymbal holder in the middle though..very cool!

Early Rogers Top Hat rig, used until 1966. The Londoner setup was introduced in the 1967 catalog, late fall 66.
My kit though was 22,12,13,16...a Londoner in my book....
But,the official name Londoner didn't come out till 67 catalog?
Actually, Top Hat or Londoner each referred to any twin-tom setup. I have seen Top Hat kits with a 12 and 13 on top.
They switched the name once they got the endorsement from Dave Clark: the British connotation made more sense to them. And the name came into use with the publication of the 67 catalog in late 66.
best double tom holder Rogers ever made many more adjustments than the later one....
