My friend sent me this picture today. We both have not seen this badge. I checked my Ludwig books and this site's badge page and I could not find a match. My friend says the badge says Ludwig, Chicago in the middle of the olive/blue. In Rob Cook's Ludwig book, there is a mention that up to 2001, Ludwig would use a blue/olive badge (no picture) to mark an item with blemishes, but, that would be after the move from Chicago. Any ideas?
