This guys have a lot of european drum parts and maybe they can find a Sonor -Tromsa - Trowa - Lefima - Tacton - Trixon hoops for you.

I have not heard of a Slingerland sticksaver 6 hole Rim in 16" ...
I do know Tama made that size but it was a triple flange.. good luck with the search..
