Stewart brass snare

Did Star ever make a Stewart brass snare? Is anyone aware? I just picked up a 10 lugger with 3 lines on the side...Could it be brass or are they all steel?

Not sure...do a magnet test. If it sticks=steel, if not, its either COB or COA.
