I found a Starfinder snare complete minus a dampener. If you don't know these, they were the Star drums that copied the Ludwig lugs for a very short time in the 60s. This snare has the 8 Imperial lugs and the inverted bead, and after a lot of looking, I have found no pictures on the web of this snare. Anyway, if anyone is looking for one of these rare birds, I have one. Will post in sale area when I get it cleaned and photos.

A pretty cool snare drum! Love those Imperial-style lugs! I had a clone MIJ SS-style drum, also with the Imperial lugs, but with cutouts for the shell bead.

Well you could add this one to your collection of rare finds for $100 plus shipping.
Note, the heads on it stay with me as it had broken heads and I put on some new ones just to tune it up and see how it sounds, but I need those for another drum.
