This snare drum fron Star (pre Tama) late 60's early 70's. All original even snare head and wires. This particular model is COS, and 10 lugs. Again the sound of this drum is loud and crisp. Size of shell 14x5..........Thanks....sean

Thanks for your comments Wayne, my collection of snare drums beside USA and UK snare drums i now have some real nice Star snare drums which if you shut your eyes would give any snare out there a run for the money. I should do a sound file cover all snares and see who knows what is what with various drum sounds.....
