Hello,

Almost everything is already said here. You guys are experts for Star as well! ;-)

I like to add that I didn't put this special badge to my website section of Star badges,

as I'm sure, too, that this badge was dedicated to percussion instruments, only, but never seen on drum kits.

There's another badge of Star, which also seemed to appear on percussion instruments only.

Both can be seen on my website, but in the special section of 'Percussion Instruments'.
