spurs to mount on bassdrum hoop

Hi Folks,

I'm working on a custom/vintage kit that wil have a 26 inch bass drum (that used to be a marching drum). I want to keep it as undrilled as possible (it had single tension lugs), so I want to work with spurs that I can mount on the front bass drum hoop.

Can somebody give me a tip on what brand makes these things (I've been looking on the gibraltar site to no avail)?

I've considered using two simple cowbell holders, has anybody done that before?

Thanx in advance, Bart

Danmar makes a nice set. Part number is 938 I think. Around 36 USD.

Thanx, Guys. They look nice and functional indeed. Problem is that having them shipped to the netherlands will make them unreasonable expensive. At least that;s what I think now. I'll check it out. Also I'll try to find out if there is a dealer in the Netherlands somewhere.
